Use and Care
Instructions
1) The AirVest™ should
be used with a compressed air source capable of providing a minimum of 60PSI
or more. The vest has a regulator attached and adjusting that regulator
setting will vary the CFM needed- average consumption is approximately 5 CFM
to keep a man cool in 100°.
2) Wear a T-shirt or
similar garment under the vest.
3) Adjust so that vest
is snug, but not overly tight.
4) The air coming out
of the vest is refrigerated approximately 20° based on the pressure in the
airline. MAKE SURE THE AIR LINE IS NOT RUNNING ACCROSS
SOMETHING HOT.
5.) Drink
water, the air
flow is very dry and can dehydrate you.
Remember:
Extreme heat is
dangerous and can kill you, be very careful and do not rely on the AirVest to allow
you to perform tasks that would otherwise be impossible without it.
AirVest™ Care
The ClimaTech
AirVest™ is designed to be exceptionally durable and should serve you well
for years. The AirVest outer shell is a very tough and a flame retardant
fabric; the inner mesh fabric is also fire retardant. To clean the AirVest
we recommend that you hand wash and drip dry as needed. A garden hose, a
bit of soap and a scrub brush should be the most you ever need. Bleach or
harsh cleaners may damage the AirVest and should not be used.

Corporation extends a satisfaction guarantee for 30 days. Simply return the
vest in new condition and we will refund your money. SummitStone
Corporation warrants the product to be free from defect in materials and
workmanship for one year from date of purchase. SummitStone Corporation
will repair or replace the product, at our option, should it be found to be
defective.
LIMITATION OF
LIABILITY
Except as specifically provided above, SummitStone Corporation.
shall not be liable or responsible for any loss, damage or costs, whether
direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential, arising from the
sale, use, or misuse of SummitStone Corporation’s products.
SummitStone Corporation makes no representations or warranties
regarding the product’s suitability for a specific purpose and SummitStone
Corporation shall have no liability beyond the replacement of the product.
