The freezer used is not a common chest type freezer. While a
normal freezer temperature is 0F the Moran Freezer System
operates at -30F. This allows it to charge twenty
HeatShield or CM2000 vests in 12 hours. This allows workers to
swap in and out vests as they need them.
System shown is presently in in a mine where heat can be 125F
with humidity of 98%.
The system comes with a built in individually lockable
aluminum rack. Each employee gets two vests one to wear while
the other is charging.

The Moran Freezer System allows pairs of vests
to be individually padlocked. This allows employees to have
