The Summit Freezer is not a common freezer. While a normal freezer temperature is 0F the Summit Freezer  operates at -30F. This allows it to charge the twenty four inserts for use as necessary allowing three changes each for two vests. That equals all day cooling for two.

Freezer is packaged with two HeatShield II vests and twenty four synthetic ice core cooling inserts. Inserts should be placed at the bottom of each draw for fast recharge.
